Position:

Internet Inventory Controller

Hours:

Full-Time, 24-month Term

Wages:

TBD based on experience, market leading compensation

Job duties:

• Work in coordination with the Inventory Controller to manage inventory, conduct research and photograph products incoming products.
• Ongoing reconciliation of point of sale to website listings, to maintain accurate inventory database.
• Liaise with sales and service departments to investigate discrepancies, develop and implement internal processes to maintain accuracy of the inventory database.
• Assist with managing day-to-day accounting duties as required.
• Ensure adequacy of and adherence to internal controls and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal departments, vendors and customers, as required by management to meet overall company goals/objectives.

Education & Experience:

• Reliable individual with a good work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Mathematical and computer skills.
• Experience working with Microsoft software platform and point of sales software.
• Working knowledge of Bobcat, Polaris and Husqvarna equipment; an asset.
• Class 5 drivers licence; an asset.
• Ability to work in a team setting and independently.
• Exceptional time management and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to perform full range of body motion including twisting, bending, reaching, squatting and ability to use hands, arms and legs to physically handle and transport finished goods, up to and including 50-75lbs.
