Half-Time Educational Assistant (Mornings)

Position: Educational Assistant (0.5 FTE)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Focus: Middle School (Grades 4–8)
Start Date: September 2026

We are looking for an Educational Assistant who believes that relationships come first and who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Support students during math, literacy, and content-area instruction
• Assist with small-group instruction and individual learning needs
• Help maintain a focused and productive classroom environment
• Build strong, positive relationships with students
• Support behavior and organization systems
• Communicate effectively with classroom teachers
