The Western Canada Hockey Academy (WCHA) is seeking dynamic, relationship-focused substitute teachers to support our Grades 4–8 program.

WCHA is a unique academic and athletic environment where strong relationships, accountability, and character development are at the heart of everything we do. Our substitute teachers play an important role in maintaining classroom culture and learning momentum.

We are looking for individuals who:

• Build positive relationships quickly and confidently
• Demonstrate calm, consistent classroom leadership
• Are flexible within a dynamic academic/athletic schedule (ice times, dryland, off-site programming)
• Are comfortable supporting middle years Math, ELA, and Social Studies
• Value effort, respect, teamwork, and accountability
• Communicate clearly and leave detailed notes following each assignment
• Bring positive energy and professionalism to our Wolfpack community

Experience working with middle years students is preferred. A background or appreciation for athletics is considered an asset.
