Experience & Education:
- Experience in Construction industry
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Post Secondary Education in Office or Business Administration an asset
- Microsoft Office
- Accounting
- Experience with Sage 300
Job Duties:
- Assist with day-to-day operational office functions including but not limited to invoicing, bill payment, payroll, reception, inventory, contract administration, preparing estimates, work orders, tracking, reporting.
- Liaise with accounting, HR & and safety staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
