Receiver/Fabricator
Hours:
Full-Time, flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.

Position Summary:
As part of the team, the Fabricator/Receiver is responsible for manufacturing high quality products to specification, providing exceptional customer service and the safe handling of products.
Tasks/Skills Required include but not limited to:
- Fabricating countertops
- Manufacturing brackets, attic hatches, nosing
- Cutting moldings according to specifications
- Cutting materials including flooring to customer specifications
- Receive inventory and confirm accuracy of orders including but not limited to flooring (boxed and rolls), ceramic tile, adhesives.
- Monitoring stock levels
- Safe operation of company vehicles
- Load, unload and delivering products to job sites/customers homes
- Confirmation of customer orders
- Other duties as assigned
Skill Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Valid class 5 drivers licence is required, valid class 3 drivers licence is an asset
- Forklift & OTR vehicle driving skills (can be trained)
- Ability to work independently, as well as a team
- Ability to read/interpret blueprints, drawings, cut lists and specifications
- Organizational skills, ability to prioritize and superior attention to detail
- Familiarity with building materials
- Capable of lifting and moving merchandise up to and including 50-75lbs for up to 8 hours per shift
- Must have the ability to perform physical labor for extended periods of time in temperature extremes
- Requires full of body motion including twisting, bending, reaching, squatting and ability to use hands, arms and legs to physically handle and transport finished goods
