Responsibilities:

Operations

• • Ensure excellent customer service and high standards.
  • Be accountable, problem solve and address any day-to-day concerns.
  • Catering program, ordering and inventory control.
  • Provide assistance for daily operations where needed i.e. host, server, bartender, expo station, take-out, delivery.
  • Promotions, advertising & sales.
  • Staff management i.e. recruitment, training, reviews, performance management.
  • Labour control including scheduling, weekly budgets, payroll review & approvals.
  • Work with management team for daily function as needed, administrative function, goal setting, financial reviews, budgets etc.

Health & Safety

• • Food and beverage review & controls.
  • Monthly fire safety data entry and review.
  • Steritech audit (third party) quarterly review.

System Management

• • Maintenance of POS, internal management, employee programs- Jarvis & RMS.
  • Reviewing/maintaining employee training and daily use app- Axonify.
  • Equipment maintenance and cleaning schedules.
